Greenwich Associated also this year awards Intesa Sanpaolo as Share Leader 2021 and Quality Leader 2021 in the Large Corporate Trade Finance category for Italy, recognising its contribution of excellence in the sector.
In the survey, carried out between April and July 2021 on a sample of companies in the Large Corporate segment, Intesa Sanpaolo confirmed its position as a point of reference for customers in their journey towards the digital transition for the quality and completeness of its Trade Finance solutions, demonstrating constant attention to anticipating, intercepting and satisfying customer needs.
Recognition as 'Share Leader' in Italy was awarded for its supremacy in terms of market penetration, while the quality of advice offered by specialists, the high level of service and performance in Trade Finance operations enabled it to achieve the best score in the Net Promoter Score - an indicator measuring the customer satisfaction - and to be recognised as 'Quality Leader'.
It should also be noted that the Bank's Transaction Banking offering has created significant cross-selling by encouraging the synergistic use of Trade Finance, Cash Management and FX products.
Finally, Intesa Sanpaolo's constant focus on the digital transition was confirmed by the companies interviewed, who recognised the Inbiz internet banking platform as one of the most widely used and with the highest added value in Italy.
