New Intesa Sanpaolo Bonus Cap American Barrier End Of Day Certificates provide the investor a return at maturity through the payment of a premium, the Bonus, if the closing price of the underlying asset has never dropped below the Barrier Level during the Barrier Event Determination Period. The Barrier Event Determination Period corresponds to each trading business day starting from the issue date and up to the valuation day of each certificate. Otherwise, if the closing price of the underlying asset has been, for at least one trading day during the Barrier Event Determination Period, below the Barrier, at maturity the investor the investor is long the underlying, up to a predefined amount (the Cap Barrier Amount).
