Intesa Sanpaolo Financial Advisor of Nav System In the disposal to Lattonedil

Intesa Sanpaolo, through its IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, supported NAV System S.p.A. as financial advisor in the disposal of 100% stake to Lattonedil S.p.A.

The transaction, unique in the Italian panorama of insulation panel producers, will allow the integration of two national realities with different histories but animated by the same values, giving life to the first group of Italian insulation panel producers with an aggregate turnover of EUR 270M.

Deal closing expected by the end of July 2021.

Nav System is engaged in the production of sandwich panels, controlled temperature systems and insulating materials. Nav Systems owns a production site with two production lines in Cesena and a distribution warehouse in Slovenia.

Lattonedil is engaged in the production, marketing and transport of insulated metal panels for roofs and walls. Lattonedil owns 11 production sites in Europe.
