Industrial waste treatment: Intesa Sanpaolo alongside Hera in the acquisition of Recycla

Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, as financial advisor, assisted the Hera Group in the acquisition of 70% of Recycla.

The Hera Group consolidates its leadership in industrial waste treatment and extends its perimeter in northern Italy, confirming itself as a reference operator in the area and also a 360 ° supplier of waste treatment solutions to new customers.

Recycla, based in Maniago (PN), is a company founded in the 2000s and specialized in the collection, storage and disposal of solid and liquid industrial waste (over 40,000 tons per year), with 3 plants in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto and Emilia Romagna.
