EUR 25M loan to Società Aeroporto Catania

Intesa Sanpaolo, through the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, together with Unicredit and Banca Agricola Popolare di Ragusa took part in the EUR 25M financing operation of Società Aeroporto Catania (SAC).

The loan has a duration of 72 months, at particularly advantageous rates and is part of a financial consolidation plan aimed at supporting the investments envisaged in the industrial plan of the Sicilian airport.

UBI Banca, now part of Intesa Sanpaolo, and Intesa Sanpaolo acted in the roles of agent bank and SACE Agent respectively.
