Financing to support the sustainable development of the La Doria Group

Intesa Sanpaolo, through the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, financed La Doria with a credit line of EUR 10M, with a duration of 7 years, to enable the group to achieve specific objectives linked to sustainability.

The credit line is characterized by a pricing mechanism linked to the achievement of specific targets in the ESG area. 

The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division also supported La Doria by hedging the company from exposure to the risk of fluctuations in interest rates linked to the loan, with a bonus mechanism that provides for the reduction of the fixed rate paid by the company on the basis of the achievement of ESG objectives.
