The Digital Corporate & Transaction Banking Academy kicks off in partnership with Università Cattolica-CeTIF

The Digital Corporate & Transaction Banking Academy kicks off, with the aim to guide entrepreneurs and managers through the process of digital transformation and internationalisation. 

Two courses are being offered, which result from a partnership agreement between Intesa Sanpaolo, Università Cattolica - CeTIF, CeTIF Advisory and Intesa Sanpaolo Formazione, starting respectively 1st March and 7th April: 

  • International Trade & Export Management – an overview of Transaction Banking instruments for international trade, intended for senior managers who work in the Administrative, Sales & Marketing, Logistics & Operations, Compliance & Legal areas of companies rapidly growing internationally and who require technical and financial expertise
  • Business Models and Digital Strategies for Enterprises – an overview of the Digital Transformation, for entrepreneurs and senior managers from all business areas, who need to acquire new models for innovating or reshaping their companies.

The five-week training programme, which will be offered in three separate sessions over the course of 2021, combines the academic expertise of the prestigious Institutions and the practical experience gained in the field by Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, Global Transaction Banking Department.

The advanced training programmes will be an opportunity for entrepreneurs and managers to widen their competences, even digital, and consequently to strengthen and increase the competitive advantage of their companies in constantly changing market scenarios.

The courses will be preceded by two free introductory webinars, planned for the below dates:

  • International Trade & Export Management – 1 February 2021
  • Business Models and Digital Strategies for Enterprises – 8 March 2021
