He holds a "Magna cum laude" degree in Economics and Business from Luiss
University in Rome and has established a professional career in the banking
sector, initially in London and subsequently in Milan.

Since joining the Intesa Sanpaolo Group in 2006, he has gained valuable experience in the investment banking divisions of prominent international banks, including Schroders, Citigroup, and Lehman Brothers, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions.

At Intesa Sanpaolo, he played a pivotal role in the establishment of a dedicated unit for investment banking services targeted at medium-sized Italian enterprises.

This unit benefits from an advantageous perspective on entrepreneurs and their businesses, facilitated by an integrated Investment Banking Coverage and Execution model.

A comparable strategy is also implemented for clients within Intesa Sanpaolo’s international banking network in Eastern Europe.

He has completed the Executive Program at Singularity University in Palo Alto, California, focusing on exponential impact technologies. Additionally, he has served as a mentor at Techstars.

Since April 2021, he has been serving as the Head of Corporate Finance Mid Cap.
