Intesa Sanpaolo SpA operates in the United Kingdom as third-country branch. The London Branch is dual-regulated and is supervised by the Financial Conduct Authority from a conduct perspective and by the Prudential Regulatory Authority for prudential purposes.
The Branch provides directly or indirectly a full suite of Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, Transaction Banking and Capital Markets services for its Corporate and Institutional clients.
Located in 90 Queen Street, at the heart of the historical financial district of the City of London, Intesa Sanpaolo’s London Branch serves some of the biggest UK and international clients, from multinational companies to major financial investors, assisting at the same time foreign subsidiaries of the largest Italian corporate clients of Intesa Sanpaolo.
